Customize for me
If you would like us to finish the customization for you, once you click the “Save & Upgrade” button, your design will be saved and added to the cart. You will then press “Proceed to checkout” and complete the checkout process. Immediately after checking out you will see a spot to upload text and files. You will drag and drop all of your files there. You can submit your text using the text box, or simply put your text in a Word Doc and upload that along with your photos.
Once the information is received, we will setup the design for you and email a proof. You will then be able to review and let us know what changes you need (if any) and we will complete those changes for you. Once approved we will send to print immediately.
Depending on the time you submit your order, we will have your proof back to you within 1-2 hours. If the order is placed after hours, you will receive your proof first thing in the morning of the following business day.
*Please note: Some customization will have to be done on the design in order to use the upgrade button. If you have not changed anything on the design and would like to switch to “Customize for me”, just click your back button and change that option in the drop down menu.
The best practice for using the online design tool is to not delete the existing text elements. Instead, simply double click the existing placeholder text, highlight the text and begin typing your own text. You may delete text areas so you can add photos, if needed.
If you need to copy and paste into the program, you will have to use your keyboard. First copy your text from your computer, then on our program, double click and highlight the existing place-holder text. Then press and hold "CONTROL" (or COMMAND key if on a Mac) and then press the "V" key.
To swap out placeholder photos, simply click the existing placeholder photo and a popup will appear for you to select your own photo.
Lastly, if you have to add a new text box using the “Add text” option, make sure to enter a value like “300” in the “Fixed Width” field. You can then adjust the width of the text box after adding it to the design.

All you have to do is email us the text and photos and we will setup the design within a few hours or less and email you a proof in case you have changes before we print. Just click the back button on your browser and under the “Customization” option, select “Customize for me” and checkout.

Our funeral programs are 8.5″x11″ or 11″x17″ in size and are folded in the middle. All funeral programs are printed on premium 100lb matte text stock or 100lb glossy text stock.
