By displaying Your Content, you grant DisciplePress a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub licensable license to reproduce the content for you.

Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party’s rights. Test Company reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time without notice.

Right to refuse work

DisciplePress reserves the right to refuse work from any client they choose. Any work that is refused will be refunded immediately.

No warranties

This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and DisciplePress express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall DisciplePress, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract.  DisciplePress, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent DisciplePress from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Variation of Terms

DisciplePress is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

Assignment

DisciplePress is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Proofing/Approvals

If you have selected “I will customize myself” your proof is on screen as you customize it. Once you checkout, your order will be immediately sent to print, no additional proof will be sent.

If you have selected “Customize for me”, once you have submitted all of your content for customization, we will customize your design and send you a proof. Your order will not print until you approve the proof.

The customer is responsible for proofing their designs. DisciplePress will not be held responsible for any misspelling/grammar issues, or any other mistakes on your design.

Refund Policy

Since all work provided by DisciplePress is custom made to each order, there are no refunds of any kind offered. All sales are final once the order has been printed.

Shipping/Delivery of product

The only guarantee provided by DisciplePress is that we will ship your order out on time. We cannot make any guarantees on behalf of the shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS). The buyer will assume all risk of late deliveries on the part of the shipping carrier. The buyer can file a claim with the shipping carrier in an attempt to recover their funds. No refund will be given by DisciplePress for a late shipment that was caused by the shipping carrier.

Errors and Omissions

While we work to keep the information on this website accurate, errors may occur. Prices, product descriptions, availability, and other details may at times be listed incorrectly due to typographical, technical, or human error.

We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product—whether or not the order has been confirmed and whether or not your payment method has been charged.

If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund of the amount charged. We are under no obligation to provide any product or service at an incorrect price, even after your order has been confirmed.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between DisciplePress and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in us for the resolution of any disputes.
