QR Code Plaque

How it works: Once you select our original Forever.audio plaque you will upload the photo and enter the text you want to appear on the plaque. Your custom printed plaque will have a dedicated QR code. When the QR code is scanned it will take you to the dedicated online profile for your loved one. There you can share memories, upload photos, videos and audio. You can even link to your loved ones favorite song on YouTube. You can setup the dedicated profile page immediately after placing the order. You will have a dedicated URL that you can share with friends and family.
